Very disappointed lately. Been buying Breakfast Blend for years but once it was no longer available at Sam’s and I began ordering on line, I’ve been having problems with the k-cups. The grounds continue to plug up the machine and l’m only getting a partial cup. After cleaning the machine several times, I realized it was the cups, not the machine, my husband uses Newman’s and it works great. Saved myself over $100 just by cleaning the machine four times and changing coffee brands! Wake up Green Mountain, I see I’m not the only person with this complaint!
