[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is very pretty. It's large and at a great price. It was easy to set up. The picture is crystal clear. It only has 3 hdmi ports, but it's not hard to switch some out if needed (game consoles, etc). The only thing I wish it was equipped with was more on TV apps. While it may seem like a small thing, if you don't use cable, having on TV apps make it so much easier. I did buy a fire stick just to have something more than Netflix. Vudu is okay, but not as widely used. Again - great tv if you don't care about the on tv apps.

Having the apps built in means I don't need anything extra to watch my favorite streaming options. The tv was really easy to set up, including connecting it to my WiFi. The size is great! I love watching sports on this tv since the picture quality is so clear and crisp. This tv has been the best upgrade to the house in a while!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the TV and decided to put the TV over our fireplace in our family room. It is amazing how light TVs are now. The set up was guided by the TV itself, very self explanatory. The TV itself automatically stepped you through the process. The picture quality is great, controls are very easy. I love the feature of being able to review photos via USB. One thing that we do plan on doing is adding on additional speakers for sound quality and volume mostly due to the size of the room. The room we have the TV in is 22' x 22' with 12 ‘ ceilings. 5 stars!!!

The Smart TV capabilities work well and they are very easy to set up. We choose to wall mount this tv and that process was vert easy ti do, and there are plenty of connections for all types of entertainment devices. I have looked at a lot of other TV's and this one the the best quality and value that I have seen. It makes watching TV that much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, TV has an excellent picture and lots of great presets for different types of shows / events. Wonderful customization for video and sound and set up is very easy. Applications work great, but does not allow for downloading additional not preloaded apps. Minor inconvenience, hopefully changes with future software updates. Overall very nice TV, works awesome for movies, sports, and video games (PS4). TV is a little deeper than newest flat screens, so wall mount may be a challenge, but sitting on my entertainment center is perfect!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason this TV does not get the full 5 stars is due to the set up difficulty. The packaging is really well-designed and the TV is easy to take out, unlike others out there where you are wondering if you'll drop it as you slip it out of the box. Here, it was easy, the box has tabs that are removeable and the box is easy to separate. The only tough part is the set up. The long set up included a software update that for some reason could not be done over my network. Instead I had to download the update manually from the website, copy it to a USB drive, then plug it in and have the update run from it, which worked flawlessly. With that out of the way, the sound and picture were amazing! I really like the image quality and the fact that there is very little distortion, even when looking at the screen from an angle. I don't have a separate soundbar, and I don't think I'll need it as the sound is sharp and clear. There are many picture and sound settings (sports, movies, etc.) so I think I'll be able to optimize it for different programs. I look forward to great movies and sports get togethers!

Apps are outdated can't download any new apps not what I thought

Started flickering on netflix app and on HDMI connected devices. Then goes blank but hear audio. My first and last Phillips product i will ever buy.

bought this tv 2 months ago at sams club, was on sale, the tv was so much better than my old one, just recently the tv I would change the channels and it looked like it was dark but it would brighten up I though maybe it was just from me switching channels, but recently the tv is just staying black, I can hear the cable on but the screen just stays black, I really hope you invest your money on another tv, if it gets fixed under a warranty I would rate it probably a 3/5 but till then, this tv was the first tv I've had go under 3 months which is just horrible
