I tend to search for producta that will protect the color but also are hydrating and make my hair soft. I've used one of their mousse products to curl my hair and it was great so I had high expectations and wasn't disappointed. I've used both the shampoo four times so far, I haven't seen any fading in the color and my hair is softer and shinier. I plan on purchasing more. I received a complimentary package with the shampoo and conditioner. All opinions are my own.

I love nexxus products! I have been using them for years. I recently dyed my hair so I thought I'd try the color assured shampoo. After my first wash I thought I had not washed out the shampoo completely. But after a few more washes I realized that it was not my error but it was the shampoo. I HATE the way this shampoo makes my hair feel. I never felt like I had a clean wash. I had to wear my hair up for those few washes until I purchased another brand. I am bummed too because I spent a little more on the big bottle assuming that it would love this product as much as your others.

I have been struggling to find one that really cleans my hair while keeping it soft and this one does just that! Does not strip my hair of any natural oils! The color is so shiny and vibrant and smell is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a good sulfate and silicone free shampoo for a while now, so I'm so happy I found this one! I received this product for free through Influenster and I was so excited to try it. This shampoo actually gets your hair super clean even without all those harmful chemicals like sulfate and silicone. The smell is very pleasant and I noticed a difference in how soft my hair was after the first use! So happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got drawn in to this shampoo by its scent and stayed for its results. I just recently colored my hair and it is popping. No dull shade super nice, shine, soft hair. I don't like washing my hair everyday so that my curls can weight down and bounce - usually by the second day my hair smells no more of shampoo and has a more natural smell- not with this shampoo. I still can smell my Nexus Shampoo/Conditionar combo all the way to the third day. Great staying power. I originally had received a Nexus sample over the mail but due to hurricane Irma I lost it as the mailbox got destroyed and looted in the days that followed. I went ahead and purchased a bottle of each and enjoyed it inmensely. I appreciate the opportunity given to me by influenster and nexus. Definitely impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a duplicate for free in exchange for a review! First of all yes I totally think it help preserve my color. That being said I don't think I would ever purchase it for myself. For me personally I like to go a couple day in between washes and with this shampoo shampoo it's not possible! I don't feel like my hair got as clean as it does with my normal shampoo. I found myself wanting to grab for this product less and less but used it for two Week to get my full opinion. I can say I like this sulfate free shampoo the best our of any I have used but just don't feel any of them are for me! I would recommend this for maybe someone with curly hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this with the shampoo and wasn't impressed but i liked the conditioner. made my hair smooth and not tangly. color looks good. ill continue to use the conditioner, but not the shampoo. not sure i would recommend this to friends but if they were already interested in it and asked me about it id tell them to try and have no bad things to say. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to the Nexxus brand, although I have heard many positive things about the products in the past. When given the chance to review this product for free, I was looking forward to it, but it was less than ideal. I have really frizzy, curly hair that is thick, and have been on the lookout for a color enhancing shampoo, so I wanted to give this a shot. While it smells great without being overpowering and applies well, it left my hair feeling like residue was left behind no matter how much I rinsed. Afterwards it looked and felt unclean and oily, so I had to wash it again with a different shampoo. Maybe this is better for someone that doesn't have such thick hair, but it didn't work for me.
