It rinses out easily and adds shine and manageability to my hair (post-shower combing is a breeze!). The scent is light and pleasant. And most importantly, it helps protect my color from fading. Fabulous product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that this product is sulfate free and designed to help protect color, these are two factors I always look for in shampoo products so I was very excited to try this out. Ultimately, my take on this was that it was not the right product for my routine. I wash my hair once a week, maybe twice if my hair is really dirty or I used too much product. I have really dry, thin, curly hair and a dry scalp so washing daily for me is a big no no. My problem with this shampoo was that it did not clean my hair enough! When I went to blow dry my hair, it would feel greasy and weighed down. I would have to use dry shampoo after washing my hair just for it to feel clean. I have been using this shampoo exclusively for 3-4 weeks and the results remained the same. I even minimized, and sometimes went without, applying leave-in conditioner after washing to see if that would make my hair less greasy, but that didn't change anything. I think this product is good for people who wash their hair daily and need something gentle that won't over clean their hair. I will pass this onto my mom who washes her hair more frequently than I do and see if it works for her. I really wanted to like this product because of its claims, ingredients, and reasonable price but it just did not work with my routine. I received this product for free for my honest review.

I tried this shampoo out a few times over the past two weeks and wasn't really impressed. I liked that the shampoo was made for color treated hair and was sulfate free - but unfortunately my hair felt very weighed down and greasy after using the product. I do tend to have to use shampoos that are targeted at removing scalp/product build up since I have thick, wavy, color treated hair. I feel that this product wasn't right for me personally but definitely wasn't a bad/low quality item. I loved the smell!

I loved the old color assure in the grey bottle, it worked perfectly. The new formulation in the pink bottle is horrid. My hair doesn't feel clean and it's flat after washing. Please bring back the old formulation, that one was a winner. The one in the pink bottle, no thanks.

I quickly pulled out the conditioner and fell in love quickly. If you're looking for something that has a light, fresh scent, doesn't weigh down your curls and leaves your hair feeling LIGHT, healthy and clean, this conditioner is for you! I never feel like my hair is too "heavy" or "oily" after a wash.

This conditioner far surpassed my expectations because I normally only use conditioners described to help damaged hair. This conditioner coated my hair very quickly and almost immediately I could feel the slickness. I left it on while shaving my legs and washing my body, and then I rinsed it out. Holy cow, my hair felt so soft and combed through so easily. I don't usually blow dry my hair, but felt brave after this conditioner. It blew out so well with our any entanglement or breakage. This conditioner is awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Color Assure conditioner is one of the best smelling products I've ever used on my hair! It's floral, fun and delicious but not overwhelming! When used with the color assure shampoo I saw great results regarding color fade! With other color protecting products I didn't see much of a difference, but with this product from Nexxus, my hair has stayed brighter and stronger than ever before! I was surprised at how soft it left my hair feeling and not heavy or greasy. I only wish the bottle were bigger cause I went through it so quickly! 10/10 would recommend to a brightly hair colored friend! Pink hair approved! I used this product in conjunction with Color Assure shampoo. I noticed that my hair felt softer and had more volume at my roots, as well as a brighter shine. The only downside was that it straightened out my waves. At an affordable price, I would certainly recommend!

I recently dyed my hair a few shades of blue, (dark blue, teal, and baby), so the fact that I was chosen to try this product was perfectly timed lol. I've been using it for about a week now, and I've washed my hair three times using both this and the matching Shampoo. No fade at all, and my hair feels so soft and healthy afterwards.
