[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this shampoo. It feels nice and I don't have to use way too much to get my hair clean. I love the smell and my hair has been looking vibrant. I do wish it was better at lathering, but that's the trade off for paraben and sulfate free. it keeps my hair clean for a decent amount of time and I have been enjoying it.

Combined with the shampoo this conditioner has made my hair the softest it's ever been! I cannot get enough of the smell and can't stop feeling how soft my hair is (which is rare when I try other color treated shampoos and conditioners because my hair is always left feeling coarse and brittle). I have been using this product since it first came out and I love everything about it, the way my hair feels, smells and keeps my color vibrant (not an easy fete for a redhead!) People constantly compliment me on my hair especially the smell and shine!

this stuff smells awesome! I do love the fact that it is sulfate-free. But, I do have to use a good bit of the product to lather because of that. All in all, a great product with an awesome scent. I'm looking forward to coloring my hair next week & seeing how these products help my color stay vibrant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dye my hair a lot and everyone kept telling me use a sulfate free shampoo or color specific one, so i was super excited to be getting my free sample of Nexxus from Influenster. Until I used it...this shampoo left my hair dry and breaking! Not to mention started stripping out my color! And it says it retains color. I used it for 2 weeks, about 5x, because i thought surely I'm imagining that it is taking out my color, but no, mh hair is no longer jet black but an almost light brown, not even dark. Very disappointed, especially since that was this shampoo's purpose and because it's expensive and doesn't work. I'm just glad i didn't fall for buying it but got a free sample instead.

This conditioner conceals and shields my hair perfectly from heat exposure and it maintains hair color looking shiny. My ends feel and look great thanks to this conditioner, it works as a conditioner/deep treatment and no need for a hair cut now. Super happy with how wonderful my hair looks after using for 1 week, my hair stays looking salon ready thanks to this. Highly recommended! I am African American with thick curly hair, and I did not expect this product to work for me, but I absolutely loved it. It made my scalp feel fresh and clean, and it removed all of my product build up without stripping my hair completely. I love that this product is sulfate and silicone free. Also this shampoo doesn't have a strong smell so if you're sensitive to strong lingering smells, this product would work well for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Color Assure Shampoo for Colored Hair for two weeks after touching up my color and I'm sad to report that it bled out each time despite using lukewarm water as I typically do. Maybe this would do better with natural colored hair, but my purple faded twice as fast with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of the Humectress conditioner and deep conditioner, so I thought that the Color Assure conditioner would be just as good. Unfortunately, this product felt watered down, cheap, and didn't feel like it improved the condition of my hair after use. I have fine, color-treated, and chemically straightened caucasian hair, so conditioning is a must. I would use this conditioner as a last resort, but I won't be purchasing the product anytime soon.
