It’s oily, it’s dry, it’s frizzy and sometimes it’s amazing. So trying to find a shampoo and conditioner to combat all that is sometimes difficult to find. I have my go to shampoo and conditioner that gets my hair all nice and pretty but have had no such luck switching it to find more that work with my hair. Well I think I have finally found it! This Garnier sleek and shine has been amazing. It took me a few washes to get my real true opinion on this shampoo and conditioner, and my final thought is that I’m really loving it! My hair is truly getting softer and smoother with each wash!! I’m almost positive I’ll be buying this more often!

Fortunately, rinsing is very easy and my hair is slightly more-manageable had I just used the shampoo alone. *Is the conditioner worth buying alone?* For a mid-range conditioner, I would say - as a standalone product - it is a fine conditioner. You get more than what you pay for - thanks to its thick, oily, and rich texture. *Is the conditioner worth buying along with the shampoo?* Contrary to the previous section - at least for my hair - I found that the conditioner itself didn't add much shine, softness, or manageability to just the shampoo itself. If you have straight, thin hair, I would say you can skip the conditioner and just go with the shampoo. *Overall Score* For this price range, I would give the product 3.5/5 stars. If your current conditioner doesn't cut-it when used with a matching shampoo, I would say that this product is worth it. However, since this conditioner's matching shampoo does such a great job, I would say that you could skip this product.

I do recommend this along with the matching shampoo & conditioner :)

This conditioner has an exotic fruity scent that smells so good. It kept my hair smelling clean and fresh for over 24 hours after washing. I will say it did not make my hair greasy looking but it did make it feel a little dry and made my scalp itch. It did not have slip while it was in my hair. It didnt really make my hair soft and was a little difficult to brush through after washing. What didn’t work for me might work for someone else. It is budget friendly and can be found at most major retailers.

I’ve noticed that my hair is very soft and way more manageable than before using it. The value for the amount is acceptable as well. I like using the entire product line together it’s improved my overall hair making it more manageable and healthier looking and feeling and have received many compliments from using it. I recommend trying it and seeing how great it helps with your hair.

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Conditioner This is absolutely my favorite conditioner to use before I straighten my hair. The target market to me seems to be people with thin and fine hair, however, my hair is thick and fine and it still works pretty fine. Has enough slip and it doesnt leave my hair too oily or too dry.

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Conditioner is great. I love it. Smells amazing, makes my hair feel softer the moment i put it on my hair. I am always weary of what Conditioners say they can and can't do. But my hair definitely felt smoother and had a little more shine to it. I was only able to use it for 1 wash with the sample but I will definitely be buying a bottle to extend my trial!

This shampoo did a good job of giving some volume and bounce to my very thin hair. It felt really clean and moisturized by the time it was dry. The only downside to this shampoo was that my hair got greasy by the second and third days. The packaging is easy to open and doesn't take up much space on my shower shelf. For the cost, this is a pretty good product.

You only need a little bit of the shampoo in the palm of your hand and it foams up very well. The same for the conditioner little goes a long way. As for effectiveness of the shampoo and conditioner, I would say it didn’t make much of a difference for me - my hair was just as freeze as before. The serum on the other hand made all the difference in the world! I would definitely continue using the serum and will purchase it again in the future.
