Hi there Lisa! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Sleek & Shine Conditioner. We would be disappointed too if our conditioner did not leave the hair the way we expected it to. Sleek & Shine Conditioner uses a combination of citrus protein, Vitamins B3 & B6, fruit & plant-derived extracts and Argan Oil from Morocco to transform frizzy, dry hair and smooth each strand. It sounds like the conditioner has not been fully rinsed from your hair, which can leave behind a film. Once well rinsed, the hair should be soft, smoother and shiny.
