After using the matching shampoo, which seems to tangle my hair a bit, this conditioner is very refreshing. It smoothes out the kinks and makes my hair more manageable. Plus, it smells great too. It has a nice thick texture and it does a great job at conditioning my dry damaged hair. I find the scent to be pleasant and it easy to wash out. My hair feels smoother and less frizzy after using. It helps smooth my hair, but doesn't clump my hair together like some other anti frizz products. My hair is still a little fluffy, but it is far better looking than before. That and apart from the grapefruit like scent, this is an overall solid conditioner.

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Conditioner is a bit different from the shampoo in that it didn't feel like an astringent to me. It wasn't moisturizing completely to me, it was more like a protective film over my strands to make them glossier I felt like. It didn't actively make my hair any softer, it just made it sleeker to work with. I didn't want to leave this on too long and it said you could rinse after putting it through while focusing on the ends. I wasn't wow-ed by this, but I guess I wouldn't choose a different type of conditioner for the partner shampoo. It left me feeling like a thin mask over my hair, some kind of residue that made it glossier, but also weighed my hair down and aggravated my neckline.

This definitely helps with the knots (brush through in the shower). Doesn't leave a residue and definitely see the shine difference than before. My natural hair gets so dry..but when I put this on its the only conditional that just incorporated my hair and detangles it immediately. I j ust love the way Fructis Garnier conditioners just really define my curls. Love the leave in as well. So hope they make a bigger bottle.

You only need a little bit of the shampoo in the palm of your hand and it foams up very well. The same for the conditioner little goes a long way. As for effectiveness of the shampoo and conditioner, I would say it didn’t make much of a difference for me - my hair was just as freeze as before. The serum on the other hand made all the difference in the world! I would definitely continue using the serum and will purchase it again in the future.
