I ultimately felt like it just coated my hair with a chemical and doesn't actually heal my frizz. Not a big fan but I'd use it in a pinch if I needed to.

I use conditioner and shampoo together. They last me about 3 days without being oily. I double wash my hair everytime and it doesn't feel dry at all.
