I alternate between shampoos and just added this to the rotation recently. It lathers very nicely. I would say this is good for those who have semi dry hair.

My grandma always made me use this shampoo its all Ive ever known growing up but when I switched to others shampoos Ive noticed my hair could be better. This cleans thoroughly and leaves hair soft but doesnt add any wow factor to my hair.

Great smelling, does what it claims and smoothes hair - fights frizz. Don't see that it is color treated safe and prefer natural - organic ingredients.
