[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this sounds obvious, but let me preface this review by saying that my rating is purely based on my personal nutritional goals and preferences. It may vary for others. I tried this Healthy Grains Kind bar. I liked that it had whole grains in it (amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, oats, and millet). It's also gluten-free for those who have an allergy or avoid gluten. It tastes decent, and I like the hint of chocolate in it. For me, however, that's where the positives end. The bar was really crumbly and fell apart easily. I understand that happens, but I wouldn't give it to a kid as a quick snack in the car or use it as fuel on a long run because of it. Another issue I have with it is the amount of sugars/syrups in the bar. One tiny bar has 8g of added sugar, including tapioca syrup (2nd ingredient), cane sugar (3rd ingredient), honey, and brown rice syrup. I get that it needs something sticky to keep it solid, but personally, it's too much for me. Maybe I would eat this in lieu of a candy bar, but I would not eat this as a “nutritional” snack or for fuel on a long run. Again, if these aren't applicable to your situation, you may want to give them a try, but for me, I think I may keep looking.

You get the sensations of eating a candy bar with the comfort and joy of knowing that you are at least getting basic nutrition. You can appease your conscience knowing you're getting something healthy as well. This is my favorite flavor.

It's sweet, but not too sweet (in my opinion - and I do love my sweets). It's the perfect size for a snack. It didn't crumble and make a mess, as many other granola bars have done to me. It's the perfect snack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kind Bards are a family favorite in our home. We love the chocolatey, chewy, crunch we get get with Kind Bars. I love how I can grab some throw them in my bag and go. It is something my kids love to take to school for snacks also!

My only complaint is that it did not hold together AT ALL. It ended up being like cereal and you can eat it with you fingers unless you get the chocolate or cherry part.

Yum, I reach for this snack when I want something dark chocolates but don't want the junk of a candy bar. This Kind bar is a great treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. It's affordable and I like to keep one or two on hand when the sweet mood strikes! I'd much rather regularly reach for one of these Kind bars than a candy bar.

I really enjoyed the texture which was somewhere between chewy and crisp. A great granola bar alternative. For me it's more of a light midday snack since it didn't really fill me up, but it does satisfy the sweet tooth. My only issue is that these do not seem ideal for on the go outings as the bar broke a bit during travel and got pretty crumbly and messy while I was eating it
