It is a little crumbly though. im a big fan of kind bars so this tastes similar in that you can taste the grains and it's not too sugary. The crunch is the best part and doesn't get stuck in my teeth.

It's the unique blend of grains that I feel account for the signature taste. I like that the bars were not sweet besides the little hints of dark chocolate. The carbs are kind of high for my typically diet, but I consider them I treat that is better than eating a chocolate bar or other typical granola bars on the market.

They're a great “healthy” snack if you're trying to lose weight but don't want to give up on sweets completely. Obviously unprocessed foods are healthier but sometimes you want to eat something more than just fruit.

I like a variety of bars and these are one of my go tos as everyone in the family seems to like them which is rare. I like that they're mostly healthy but with a tasty chocolate kick. These were crunchy and crumbly rather than chewy and made for little more clean up than I was expecting. It was nice knowing I was giving my little one a healthy snack. They are low calorie and soy/gluten free. They are the size of an average size granola bar which is great for packing in lunches or an easy on-the-go snack.
