It has the perfect amount of sweetness without overdoing on the sugar and the dark chocolate adds a great kick!

The super grains inside, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, and quinoa, give it a chewy and slightly gritty crunch. The grains broke into prices trying to open the wrapper. It was quite difficult and messy to eat. I like grain bar whole oat ingredients. Probably a smarter choice when it comes to choosing a snack. The best way I can describe the taste is a bit like a sweetened bar of bran flakes, with a slight bitter taste, and a bit of chocolate.

Not only are they delicious but their Dark Chocolate too and who doesn't love dark chocolate. They don't crumble or fall apart like other crunchy granola bars I have tried.

Not only was it very bitter but it also had an after taste of dates which I do not like at all. So these bars were a definite no for me.
