It took forever to find a lunchbox that my son would like, let alone be able to open and close easily on his own. Bentgo’s compartments allowed us to easily pack him food without worrying about things getting smushed, mixed up or leaking. Fruit and veggies stayed fresh and crunchy! We also got the colorful ice packs to help keep things cold for summer camp. Love it!

Grandchild has difficulty opening latch. I tried to tell her to put one hand flat on the box while opening the latch. However it is stiff and so she holds it upright and the food spills out. By the way she is 4 yrs old.and why don;t you have videos of young children demonstrating instead of adults. Also the carousel print doesnt have a matching pin bag only the purple

I love the fact that when my toddler 3 yrs old tries to drink from the bottles and tills the bolle the straw is designed for the water to come out. Not like other water bottles at all! We had an issue with the top part but customer service was amazing and responsive to our email.

I have bought two of these bags, both ended up with the same issue halfway through the school year. One of the zippers is stuck leaving only the other one to open and close and it still feels so tight and hard to move. Love their lunch boxes but the bags need help, especially for the price.

We've had a bentgo for each of our children. One has been in use daily for about 2.5 years and the other one has been used daily for around a year. They are both in perfect condition. I make their lunches the night before and they somehow the food smells don't mix with each other. I put the inner compartment in the dishwasher every night with no issues. Very happy with our products! I don't expect them to break but if they happen to get lost, we will buy again!

It is the perfect size for a typical kid's lunch with room for all the goods (one larger, two medium sized, one small, and one tiny for dips or dressings, like ranch, hummus or PB or something like that). I especially like the leak-proof feature. Each compartment is sealed off from the others. It opens and closes easily, making it possible for little ones to open it up. I definitely recommend!

My child like that everything is in one place and I enjoy only having to wash one container. We experienced an issue- the insert cracked when I dropped it in the sink while washing. Customer service was very helpful and a replacement insert is scheduled to arrive in a few days.

I bought this for my son in October. For the most part I love the product. However, the model I got last year wasn't as robust as I'd hoped for a kid, and the piece that allows the straw to close broke. Customer service is making it right and sending me a replacement and the 2023 model. I hope this newer model is more sturdy.

My daughter, now entering kindergarten, is a grazer. This box is perfect for her! Her yogurt doesn’t leak (I haven’t tried anything with a lot of liquid, but her watermelon doesn’t seem to leak into other compartments). And with two thin ice blocks inside the cooler bag, the food stays chilled well into the afternoon once I pick her up from after school care. We’ve had it for a year, and the only issue I had was mold forming on the silicone seal when I left food in it for a couple days after an illness that ran through the household. However, customer service was a huge help in addressing the issue.
