I purchased this 9 months ago because it was highly recommended by other parents. Unfortunately the inside tray cracked unexpectedly. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and they shipped me a replacement tray in two days. I’m extremely happy with the product and even more impressed by the customer service.

I bought my first bentgo 3 years ago and love sending these leakproof lunches with my son to prek. He can easily open it himself and put it away without assistance which is every teachers dream. Thanks for great customer service and an awesome product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When thinking of traditional lunches it’s always hard to pack things that my daughter would eat that would get squished and made into a new form due to placing her in lunch box and backpack. But now since using the Bentgo lunch box I no longer need to worry! This is a great item that every parent needs! It’s a hard protective case that allows for snacks and lunches to be divided out and you don’t need to worry about the sandwich or crackers getting ruined by being tossed in the backpack! The best part is the food holder pops out and is dishwasher safe! The best words ever! I also found myself using it for long car rides so we could all snack!

My 9 year old son’s favorite Bentgo is the sharks print. He uses it weekly at school, rotating with our other Bentgos. He likes that this one has the small round compartment for dips, unlike the Bentgo Chill model. The large compartment is perfect for a half sandwich. We are able to fit these snuggly into Pottery Barn classic lunchboxes with thin reusable icepacks for school. We wash the inserts in the dishwasher and hand wash the shells. This lunch box has been the perfect size for preschool and elementary years.

I really recommend this lunch box to parents with little kids. I really like the proportions and that it has 5 spots for different foods. I often pack some extra snacks. We have not had any spills, are easy to clean and really are leak-proof! They are Super cute; and I can see them lasting a long time...if future issues arise the warranty is there! My 5 year old picked this out for her birthday in January and we LOVE it!! The divided sections are perfect portions for a younger child and allows me to pack multiple food groups for a nutritious lunch. Her favorites are yogurt and applesauce, and I was so happy when I realized it really wouldn't make her sandwich soggy!! It makes it very fun for me to make lunch, and a fun one for her to eat. It's also very easy for her to open and close without accidentally coming unlatched. Super easy to clean as well, and the print doesn't easily rub off like other products. I highly recommend this lunchbox for anyone, not just kids!

There are different little compartments to mix and match as many snacks and entrees as you like. Our favorite choices include carrots and hummus, mixed nuts, a sandwich, pasta, sugar snap peas....the list is endless. My son never gets tired of the choices presented in this cute little bento box.

My son recieved this as a gift and loved it! It make packing lunch a breeze but I was disappointed when I noticed dark spots on the inside and the lining was coming up in places. I reached out to customer service and they got me set with a replacement

This is the worst bottle i have ever seen. The moment i tried to clean it up one of the parts came out and cannot be fixed anymore. Moreover its really hard to open for a 3 or 4 year old child. Apart from that taking out all its parts and cleaning is a really cumbersome process. I am really disappointed with this product.

I really like these and my daughter loves the fun prints. I do wish these had a built in chill pack. I have also found when I put the tray in the dishwasher the bottom holds a lot of water, when the dishwasher is done I still have to put them flipped over on a drying rack. Still great product but prefer the chill ones a little more.
