The long strap is a waste. I’d rather it be cheaper and they don’t give us the strap. I throw it away. But the bag holds up well. This is our second one, my son’s is going strong after 4 years.

Great size, and foods stay separated in the compartments! It is convenient to assemble and snap, has easy to clean pieces, and the optional freeze/cold layer keeps things cold like a fridge! I'm gonna get one for my hubby to take to work hahaha

Very happy with our purchase! After putting the bento box inside the lunch bag there is still plenty of room to add more snacks, ice pack or a drink. The quality is better than I could ask for & I think it will last all school year!

Love all of the pockets. And the inside seems easy to wipe clean so far (used for about 2 months so far). Only issue is the side mesh pocket doesnt fit our Camelbak water bottle. Otherwise, seems sturdy and perfect for our 5 year old.

My daughter loves these, she already have 6 in total with different prints and every year we get a new print for her to use, perfect sizes for her age and its easy for her to open during lunch time

The print is whimsical and perfect for my mermaid-loving 7-year-old daughter. The sections are just right for her, and she loves that she can open and close the box herself. She loves her Bentgo lunchbox so much she even insisted on hand-washing it!

I love the style of this lunch bag, and the ease of the zippers, the extra pocket inside, and how perfectly it fits the Bentgo meal containers! We're going to order another one for our other son now too! Highly recommend!

Totally lives up to the hype! My 4 year old daughter loves it (and bonus: can open / close it etc by herself) and everything (including yogurt and ranch dressing) stays in its place, no matter how it’s carried. Great work, Bentgo!

Very disappointed. The first day I used it, the lid material was stained with the tomato sauce from my son's food. it does not come out with any detergent.

These Bentgo boxes are easy to use and can be refrigerated ahead of use to keep food items secure and cold. They are easy to fit into back packs and are inviting to my grandson...he naturally wants to see and check out what's inside.
