My 3 year old loves this Lunch box and bring it to daycare every day and it has been amazing as there was no leakage. I also love it as it has really great portion sizes and easy to clean. I have always been handwashing the lunchbox but I decided a couple of weeks ago just to put it in dishwasher as the instruction said it's safe to put it in the dishwasher. However, after going through the dishwasher cycle, a strong detergent smell would stick to the lunch box and would not go away even though I soaked it in vinegar or Baking soda. I contacted the Customer service for some advice and they were immediately super helpful and replaced the box with a new one with no trouble at all. Amazing customer service!!!

Got this for my preschooler last year. It had been a perfect lunchbox for her. Easy for her to use and easy to throw in the dishwasher. She hates her food to touch so the separate compartments with great. We had a malfunction with one of the clips and customer service was great and sent a prompt replacement. I would recommend this lunchbox.

I have had 4 of these lunch boxes over the years for my children. They are easy to clean, adorable designs and fit the perfect amount for a 2-6 year old. When one box had issues with the latches breaking, the warranty team was wonderful and helped me to get a replacement order quickly and easily. I also love the backpack with the space perfectly fit for this lunch box. Great company.

My three-year-old brings this lunch box to school every day. It's not only adorable, but I love the various compartments and how secure the box is/and how all the food actually stays put. My kiddo is not the gentlest, but fortunately, thanks to the fantastic customer service, they're able to replace the box after a small crack developed in the tray (I'm guessing this was due to his rough handling). Really happy about this product and the guarantee from Contigo!

I love the Bentgo lunch boxes for my kids! It's great to be able to pack everyone in one container and be good to go. My kids are 8 and 6 and are easily able to access their lunches on their own during school and summer camp! I can't recommend Bentgo boxes enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredibly sturdy little lunch box with rubberized edges. It's sure to withstand being dropped if your little one drops it. The 5 compartments won't spill into each other because each section seals separately with rubberized seals. The latches keep it securely closed while also being easy for young children to open. The inside tray is microwavable to warm foods it desired. It's easy to clean because the removable tray allows dishwasher cleaning. If you want to keep food inside cold this lunch box allows you to put it in the freezer. You can pack ahead of time to save time when you're in a hurry. I would recommend this lunch box because it's very sturdy and will last a long time.

This is a good lunch box esp for lower elementary kids. We hand wash all the kids lunch boxes as we use them often. Recently we noticed that there were tiny blue particles in the kids food and upon further inspection realized that the rubber/silicon seal was disintegrating unfortunately. The Customer service on the other hand is amazing! They were prompt in their response and will be sending me a replacement soon.

We have two of these bags because my daughter couldn't decide which print she liked the best. The lunch boxes fit in great, along with ice packs. I like the exterior drink pouch and the different carrying options. I did take the shoulder straps off for my daughter because the lunchbox fits inside her bookbag, but it would be very useful if she had to carry it separately.

I have twin 5 year olds and have used Bentgo boxes for their daycare and now Kindergarten. I just purchased one for my 18 month old and couldn't be happier. It's durable and does not crack no matter how many times my toddlers dropped them. Thank you for making a durable lunch box.

We bought a set of a lunchbox and a cup back in August. Unfortunately the lunchbox started to mold and the bottle straw was easily damaged. However, customer service was contacted and they quickly sent a replacement and were able to assist us with our concerns and gave us tips for caring for them in the future.
