Theres MANY reason I love this and the lunch boxes but I have to say this. The vacuum seal is insane. I forgot about the lunchbox during Xmas break for a week. There was beans, sour cream and strawberries in there for a week, not one bit was molding and it almost looked the same from when it was shut last

Our daughter is now 7 and has been using Bentgo Kids boxes since she was 3. We use the box literally every day for packing her school lunch during the week and snacks/lunch on weekends. She likes a variety of food in one sitting and this box is perfect with its different compartments that keep everything separate. It stores all food extremely well with the exception of red spaghetti sauce. We use a different container for that because the tomato seems to stain the inner seal of the Bentgo and it’s hard, near impossible to wash out. But tilt them sideways, jostle them around, these boxes never leak and each food remains in its compartment. The quality of the plastic is excellent, smooth to the touch. The rubber trim on the outside is great for holding the box in place on a table or when sitting with it on your lap. If there’s not enough space to eat with the top flipped open, you can just pop the food tray out. That having been said, she is now on her third box, soon to be fourth. So they do eventually need to be retired. And they are not the cheapest box on the market. But in my experience Bentgo honors their 2-year warranty, as long as you can provide documentation for the purchase and the problem. I was surprised to read that others unfortunately have not had the same smooth experience with this process. We had a latch break on one after 23 months and mildew develop along an inside compartment seal of another. The first was replaced even at 23 months, and the other is currently being replaced, so with the replacements maybe it would be more correct to say we are on our “second” box. My daughter’s father initially balked at the price. But between the box’s durability, ease of use, and Bentgo honoring their replacement policy, even he feels they are very worth the price and would recommend them. She may need a bigger box next year. When she does, I will definitely take be taking a close look at Bentgo’s other products and the reviews.

I have a total of 4 lunch bags and recently 2 of them had some warranty issues, both were replaced with ease with a simple phone call. We were helped by Michael and he was great!!! Overall we love our lunch bags and will continue using them as long as the kids cooperate!!! We have the bentgo ice paks that fit easily into the bag as well as bentgo boxes. We love all the products and they hold up well to our two toddlers at daycare!

We ordered this bottle with the matching backpack, and our son loves the design (Shark). The bottle is very durable/leakproof, and our 5-year-old has definitely taken it to the test. The bottle is simple to clean, and the removable straw still holds up well and, so far, shows no signs of wearing out. Our son initially had an issue drinking out of the bottle since he wasn't used to the mouthpiece. After further looking into it, it seemed that we received a bad item. We contacted Bentgo customer service and swiftly received feedback and a new replacement! Shoutout to Nicholas! He was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! Great product and support!

My son is about to turn 4 and has been using his bentgo lunchbox daily for ~15 months at preschool. It’s easy for him to open, cute, and keeps food fresh and organized. I like that it minimizes daily waste. My only complaint is that the lunchbox did start to show signs of wear and tear: after 6 months or so, we had a hard time getting the rubber trim on the lid totally clean, and now the insert tray has cracked and needs replacing. That said, nothing else that my son has used daily has lasted anywhere near this long/this many uses—so on a relative basis this is a family heirloom! Very happy w their customer service, too.

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

Great lunch bag. Works perfect for my kindergartener. It keeps his food at the right temperature and fits perfect in his backpack. However, he left it outside at school on a rainy day... Can I machine wash it? It now smells of mildew from the moisture.

My daughter loves her bentgo lunch box. She prefers fruits and vegetables over warm lunch and now even once a strawberry or raspberry juice has spilled out of her lunch box. The rubber inside of the lunch box seals every compartment tightly and nothing ever gets mixed up.

I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch bag to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bentgo for turning a discouraging situation into a positive experience. My son absolutely loves his set and is all ready for kindergarten :)
