I purchased two of these units from sam's online. They were not even out on my route for 4 months and both units coin mechisms are stripped out, meaning now all you have to do is turn the handle and you get free candy on me. I don't think that is helping my business grow.

I have had this machine for over a year now. It is solid and well built. I like that it is easy to service, clean, and access parts should they need replacing. The coin mechanisms seem sturdy and good quality. My biggest irritation is the locks and the keys can be difficult at times, but with a little patience it isn't too bad. I'm sure you could probably also replace those with a different lock if you wanted to.

I have had my machine for over a year, it has been a good producer. I am looking to invest in additional machines and started reading reviews. I came across one that said that they screws were coming loose, this had been responded to by saying the issue was adressed at the factory, this post was from 3 years ago. My question then is if i bought mine a year ago.... why am i tightening screws on a consitant basis? I gave 4 stars because it is a good price and overall is good quaility and a looks good, i just wanted others to know that it is not without maintenance issues.

We have purchased the of 3 of these “Vending Machine with these Stand”. The 1st one worked great. 2nd one stand broke after a week. The 3rd one top broke off when I took it out of the boxes. The Vending Machine are “VERY VERY CHEAPLY MADE” and not easy to return. I would strongly suggest “NOT” buying one!!!

We purchased this machine mid May 2017 and received it on May 26, 2017. When I opened the box and put the machine together, I found that there were no keys for the unit. I immediately called the company and alerted them to the problem. A week later I received keys, but they did not work. My contact with this company is Jacque Hoakison, I have dealt with her through this whole ordeal. At first she was very receptive in trying to accommodate me and rectify the problem, but still to no avail have I received any working keys. On June 27, 2017 she told me that the company had received keys from the manufacturer in China and that she was sending them to me. Tomorrow, July 11, 2017, it will be 2 weeks since she told me that and we still don't have keys, nor can I get anyone to return my calls. I was told that the Chinese manufacturer had changed all of the locks, but didn't let their US distributer know. I asked if they could open another box in their warehouse to see if there was another boxed unit that was complete with the unit and keys, but I never got an answer. I believe that I have been very patient with this company, even after I read the negative reviews. Caution to all who purchase from this company.

Bought it a month a go came with no instructions and no keys

I bought this for our small retail store and was surprised to see the quality was as good as it was. Very easy to operate, I like the seperate compartments for the candy and coin. this is better than the the other one I have.

good but has some flaws. make sure that you go through all the screws and tighten them as many are loose. pennies and nickles don't drop thru and jam if a kid puts one in the coin slot costing sales but is easily fixed with a paper clip.
