Easy to swallow and wash down with a drink. I like that I can get the added fiber I need in my diet in an easy way and not worry about trying to calculate food amounts every day. These are so convenient and easy to remember every morning since they are on my counter top.

I can't stand taking vitamins, they always taste so gross and are so big, it's hard to swallow. Chewable are so chalky & I don't look forward to taking those either. Gummies can be chalky too, but not these! These have a nice fruity taste & I am actually remembering to take them daily, which my stomach /gut have seemed to appreciate. I've been more regular since starting them, so I think they're helping with bowel movements! No cramping or weird side effects & no extra ingredients. This is a nice addition to my multi vitamin & other supplements. I love the packaging, the lid is super easy to get off and the container opening is large enough to reach my hand inside of. Remember to chew them up really well so that the good stuff gets absorbed in your system. I told my GP I was going to try these & they said the ingredients seem good. I'd love to try these with other gummies from the brand, they're like a little treat!
