Tasted awful, which is NOT not normal. Had a rotten taste . Very bummed because I was completely out and couldn’t go but anymore u til the following weekend. Sams club isnt a quick drive for us either so
making any returns or exchanges is a mission :(

Thought I'd give these a try as a way to increase fiber and they absolutely are the easiest (and effective) I've found. Go easy at first and gradually increase but these have the same fiber content as metamucil in a much easier to use format. Easy to titrate to personal needs and also great for travel/storage without mess. Cannot recommend enough if you're looking for an easy fiber supplement!
