I have tried so many different brands of fiber gummies, and they are all mediocre and do t taste too great’ these gummy rings have 8 grams of fiber, taste like candy with sugar on top, and get the job done if you know what I mean! I would HIGHLY recommend this product!

I thought I would try these since they looked better than other products. They have definitely helped keep things regular! They are also super delicious!! I wish 60 gummies came in the container so you would have a month supply - that is the only downside. I have tried other OLLY gummies and none of them have ever disappointed! They also aren't the best tasting. Perhaps I could see past the flavor of the weren't so big. Lastly I saw no benefits. They are just hard to choke down. Don't waste your time.

They don't need to be taken with food or water. 2 gummies are 20 calories, contain 2 g added sugar, and 5g of fiber. The amount of fiber isn't very high. It's about 18% of the daily amount recommended. It's a nice boost if trying to increase fiber, but you'll need to get fiber from additional sources. I've been taking the gummies for about 2 weeks now and 3 of those days I've felt pressure in my lower abdomen. It was uncomfortable but not painful. I've never had pressure like that before taking these gummies. The fact that it's not everyday makes me wonder if it's the gummies with some combination of food in my stomach. I need to spend a few more days figuring out the best time of day for me to take these. Either way I'd still recommend.
