It's not very soft in my opinion. It's soft but it can be a bit softer. Of course it's softer than the regular Scott one ply.

It's a little thicker than the original 1000 sheet kind but it has a nice texture and a little extra cushion. It's soft and strong and the perforation tears beautifully. Overall I have decided this is my new go-to toilet paper!
