[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a thick single ply toilet paper. The thicker paper means it is more effective so you don’t have to use as much. I usually prefer this since it feels less wasteful and I feel like it takes me longer to use up which means I don’t rebuy it as much. I compared the diameter of the roll to a thinner paper style from the same brand. This one (bottom) has a wider diameter so it looks like you still get a similar value in terms of length of paper per roll. And like I mentioned since you don’t need as much that makes it all the better of a deal. I did not experience any toilet clogging when using this. I do have city plumbing.

The texture of the ComfortPlus was rather hard, not of sand paper, but just stiff and not something you'd enjoy every day, let alone for guests. It doesn't tear cleanly either, though that's a minor inconvenience. A great choice for a secondary bathroom, but not something you'd want as your every day TP!

They absorb well and are useful for many everyday tasks around the house. I’m happy with the quality and will buy them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just tried this Scott Comfort Plus "4 mega rolls = 16 regular" and loved it for length and texture of the paper. This first roll has lasted over two weeks without needing a swap. I was surprised by how it balances softness with clean comfort. It's gentle enough to feel comfortable, but thick enough that it doesn't feel flimsy or leave that so called white wet lint. 10x faster clog-free makes me somewhat confident to go with to help avoid unwanted plumbing issues down the drain, its important for us as three people share one bathroom, toilet clogs were an occasional headache otherwise. But this tissue seemingly dissolves almost instantly. We have decided to rely on Scott comfort plus going forward as this is most suitable to our needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We normally buy the regular Scott 1000 sheet toilet paper because it’s the only thing that consistently behaves with our basement bathroom plumbing, we’ve got the kind of pump system that gets very dramatic if you give it anything too thick. So I was intrigued when I saw the claims on the packaging for the Scott Comfort Plus - dissolves 10x faster and clog free. While it claims to dissolve 10x faster, it’s still noticeably thicker than the Scott 1000, so I personally wouldn’t use this as our everyday option with our pump toilet, but we haven’t had any issues so far. For a regular household plumbing system though, it should be absolutely fine. It is however, definitely softer than the classic Scott 1000. You can feel the difference straight away, it has more cushion, feels more premium, and is much gentler on the skin. Overall it’s a really nice, comfortable toilet paper that feels more luxurious than the standard Scott roll. I’d happily use it in a normal bathroom, but for our basement pump toilet, I’ll be sticking to the classic 1000 sheets as it’s the safest bet. But as a softer alternative, Comfort Plus is surprisingly good and worth trying.
