As you would imagine, this is great on poultry and seafood, but I tried it on grilled burgers and it was incredible! I won't use anything else. This is much more than just a sriracha flavored seasoning. There's great depth of flavor with the presence of garlic, salt, a touch of sweetness (but very little) and just the right amount of heat. Use it generously. Also, the bright red seasoning creates a nice visual presentation on whatever you decide to season with it. Went back to the club and bought three more in case they stop stocking. Get some!

This goes great on ribs, chicken or shrimps. Great taste not to spicy.

This is best seasoning I have ever tried. It is delicious on everything from fries, chicken, and even spaghetti. It adds the perfect hint of sweet heat to a dish. I hope it will be back in stock soon.

I have been using this seasoning on chicken for months and can attest it is the best seasoning I have found for chicken thighs. Better than any other rub out there and I use t as a rub primarily.
