I love the heavy duty scrub sponge,i have tried other brands,but most of them tear apart to easy when scrubbing floors,bathrooms.I found with Scotch Brite that they last longer than any other brand.And when something works you go with it.So thanks for making a awesome product.

i have been taking down wallpaper this wk, the paper came off pretty easy but that ole glue didnt want to at all, i went looking for sumthing that i thought would take it off found the heaby duty scrubber and wet it with the solution to dampoen it and i started scrubbing off it came and i didnt even have to do it hard and it did not damage the wall it has just enough hardness to it to do the chores around the house with out harming surfaces gret product i have several in my house for different jobs i have a glass top cooking stove and the scrubber for that is great and it holds up through the scrubbing of cooked on food

I LOVE the green heavy duty scrubbers. Scotch Brite is the only brand I buy. They tackle anything I throw at them. I use them at work also while doing dishes. You ought to see the dishes/pans/coffee tea pots and stainless steel sparkle! I'll stop using them, when you pry them from my cold dead fingers!!

I have the same problems with these Scotch Brite Heavy Duty scrub sponges in Canada as reported here 4 years ago thinking it was due to a Canadian manufacturing issue. Now I can see this a long standing and similar problem that is not just here in Canada. We have been and using Scotch Brite kitchen sponges for decades, I do not what happened but they just literally fall apart in 5-7 days - is this 3M's planned obsolescence strategy to sell more product? Or are you just trying to kill this product line.

Used to love this product. It was one of the very few "name brand" items that I would buy instead of the cheaper generic versions. The generic ones were "yucky" very quickly, and your product kept the quality much longer. Now it has changed, and is not better quality than the generic versions. I am so disappointed. Like many others, at first I though it was just a "bad batch". Convinced now that you changed the way they are made. Too bad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to cook sunday dinners and i use all of my pots and pans ,and these heavy duty scrubbing sponges work amazing on getting them all nice and clean in less time. I have used other brands and it took longer and more elbow grease.

Why screw up a perfectly great design? These new sponges are too small to wipe a chef's knife with one pass, which makes them dangerous to use. They're too small to use on larger cookware and impossible to use when trying to wipe a cutting board or the bottom of a sink. This was designed by someone who never uses a sponge in a kitchen. This makes "New Coke" look like a brilliant idea.

I have used these sponges for years and the last few times I purchased them they have not been as strong. They seem to fall apart sooner. The scrubber is fine but the sponge part comes apart and breaks off in pieces. It is frustrating. I wonder if something has changed in the making of this. I used to find these the best but not so much anymore.

Since our dishwasher does most of the work, we have found that the Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge is the only addition we need to cover even the toughest jobs! This sponge can tackle stuck on food, even if there's no time for soaking. It is the only sponge we buy and I don't anticipate that changing. Thanks Scotch Brite! :)

I have used these for years to wash my dishes. They hold up well, and they scrub well without damaging my dishes and pots and pans. When it gets smelly or dirty but isn't quite ready to be replaced, I put it in the dishwasher and it comes out like brand new.
