I came here trying to find out why the sponges I have been buying literally for decades have sudden changed. They now shred and rip way too easily and they good lord they stink badly. Use the sponge once, squeeze all the water you can out of it - it won't help. The very next time you go to use it it will make your hands and anything you are trying to wash reek of mildew. I can't use these anymore. Reading other reviews I see I am not the only one to notice something amiss in the last few months

I really love this product. Having kids and pets you know how much a mess they can do.. I just bust out my heavy duty sponge and you dont need to scrub to hard to see that it gets the job done.. I use one for the bathroom and kitchen also to wash those hard to clean pots..hey dont take my word for it, try it yourself and see how it will work for you.. gpablico..

I love the scotch brite brand and will always use it. I love the way this sponge takes off baked on food and grease without hesitation. there is no problems with this sponge. i also love the way that when using it the sponge doesnt come apart and get destroyed on the first usage.

I have used Scotch-Brite since I was a kid. I have tried other brands but none of them clean as well and usually break apart. When I am done with the dishes I put the sponge in the dishwasher to clean it as well and it comes out like new. Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty sponge helps me get even stuck on food with very little effort. Thanks :)

The scrub sponge is not only useful for the stuck on food to your dishes, I don't have a self cleaning oven and the scrub sponge is a terrific replacement for all that harsh oven cleaner and fumes that go along with it. I usually wet the spot with hot water and detergent, let set a few minutes, then use the scrub sponge to get rid of it. My mother always used scotch brite and I have been a fan for years.

Love how long it lasts. Love the contour shape that fits my hand. Cleans pots and pans yet gentle for glasses and my hands. When you compare how long it lasts and how well it does the job the slight difference in price from the others is well worth it, just try it yourself and see, you will be amazed.

I use the Scotch Brite Heavy Duty sponge to clean my kitchen. It's great for cleaning everything from my countertops to my oven and it holds up through all the tough cleaning I do behind my four grandchildren and my constant cooking three meals a day. when I shop, I make it a point to purchase at least one Scotch Brite Heavy Duty sponge so that I won't ever have to be out if something happens and I can't get to the store. My daughter visited me a few weeks ago and ask me why I had so many and that was the answer I gave her. she called me old, I think its more like being prepared. I love these sponges!

These are an all-around great scrubber. I have tried many different scrubbers and none work or holdup to these heavy duty scrubber/sponges. They are highly effective in removing stuck-on food and grease. I have not seen any scratches on any of my pots or pans. Great size to hold in your hand. I am going to remember these for house warming gifts to add to my baskets.

I am the responsible one in the household for doing the dishes every night. My wife is a great cook and I love to eat her food.
