I've been buying 9 ct. or 24 ct. Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges for decades. They have always worked perfectly for dishes and the scour pad side for pans. At the end of each week, it gets tossed {even though it looks like it has a lot of life left} and a new one comes out. Up until recently, I would have given this product a 10+ without a thought. However, I am now on my 2nd pkg. and every sponge practically disintegrates by the 2nd use. 1st pkg. - I thought it was a fluke since they have always been A+ and bought another pkg.. That's when I realized what is really happening. It's truly a shame Scotch Bright decided to cheapen their product & risk their reputation. What once was a 5 star doesn't deserve a -1. Little sponge pcs. fall off & and need to be scooped out of sink every use. Some small pcs. have escaped down the drain even with a stopper in it. I don't plan on taking the chance of pipes eventually being clogged with yellow sponge. Sadly, I won't be buying anymore. I was not exaggerating saying I've been buying them for decades. Bought 1st time at age 21 when I got married and I just turned 64. That's a lot of loyalty years. Very disappointed they jumped on the "lets cheapen our product & charge more" band wagon.

Scrubbing is what life is full of. Pots pans stove tops floors Scotch Bright provides me with the tuff surfaces that are needed to get the baked on goodness off. The sponges are absorbant enough to really soak up spills and puddles from children. What I really look for are all the vibrant colors ,they make my day just a little bit brighter. Thanks for being you, Scotch Bright!

Cooking daily on pans that do not have a non stick surface,the pans do get their daily build up of burn stains,( butter, oil, liquor). The Scotch Brite heavy duty scrub sponge seems to remove those stubborn stains with very little scrubbing force.They also clean up stove tops that have pan spill overs very easily.Scotch brite is our kitchen hero.

Used the heavy duty scott brite on my grill after leaving the chicken on a bit to long. It was stuck like burnt grilled chicken. I took the heavy duty scott brite to it and to my surprise just a little scrubbing is all it took, bye bye burnt mess, and my scott brite held up to scrub another day.

I love this sponge. I have two in the kitchen, one for dishes and one for cleaning. I keep one in each of my bathrooms to use on the shower and sinks and my husband has one to use when cleaning the cars. It's great having the scrubber & sponge as one unit. They hold up very well and are priced well also. Thanks for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several scrub sponges through the years and I always end up going back to these Scotch Bright Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges. They do a wonderful job getting the stuck on food off the stove, pots and pans, and scuff marks off the floor. They are also great for soap scum in the shower / tub. I can remember my mom using these when I was young, she always had one for the sink and one for the floor. Any spots or scuffs on the floor and she would just toss the sponge on the floor and scrub it a bit with her foot before continuing her mopping. I asked her once why she did this and she said because her mom did and because it works. Well I am now grown with kids of my own and when my 13 year old daughter recently asked me the same question I asked my mom when I was little I found myself replying the same way. "Because my mom did it this way and it works so why fix what's not broken" These sponges have been around for a while and they work so why wouldn't you want to use them :)

I would recommend this sponge to anyone who cooks and like me can make a real mess sometimes, not only with sauce spots that cool down and are difficult to clean but burnt chicken (once or twice) or rice. This sponge saves so much time because i barely have to scrub to get my pots, pans, and stovetop clean.

I love that it scrubs built-up tea and coffee stains out of cups. It even scrubs out most gunk you despaired of ever getting out. I didn't give a 5 star rating because it doesn't get out stuff that's been baked on for a while. But seriously, what does?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My everyday to go sponge is the Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge, but this one is great for cleaning pots. I use the green side to get the stuck on or burnt food off my pots. It's durable and holds up to the hard stuff you want to come off. You'll know when it's time to change it because the yellow side of the sponge will wear off.

I have bought this product for over 20 years but just recently this product doesn’t last anymore as they have changed the sponge which crumbles in one use. You can use a brand new sponge and rinse it underwater and then just squeeze it out and the sponge is already breaking up before you even use it. I will not be buying this product anymore 😡😡😡😡
