The soup is very tasty and goes well in many recipes but unfortunately it has a very high sodium content and I just don't feel good using it lately. I now go for low sodium options

I love Campbells soup but especiallythe chunky,it has plenty of meat and vegetables and its a good sized can it will definitely fill you up and also has plentyof proteinandeverything
