I passed out and messed up my back in the process and standing for a long period of time was just not an option with this soup, I just followed the directions and was back to resting up in no time. These best part was there was no clean up for me! This was just right to make it a full meal for me and it was a very tasty soup, I have had the can version which has the same taste but I like the bowl one better because all I had to wash was a spoon, when I was done the bowl went to the trash.
