This product was for me *someone from Europe* WAY to salt and fat. I would not reccomend this to anyone who wants to be healthy

I love that spam is versatile. Can cook some up for breakfast, make it in a sandwich, cook it in a casserole.

This is a quick meal, slice and bake in the oven add a little BBQ sauce open some can vegtables and the meal is complete and quick.

Spam for those on a budget,it's a meal maker, for those well off, still a fan, for the tastiest. Right from the can!

This is my must have comfort food. Growing up, Mac and cheese with spam was one of our favorites, now a perfect cold weather or rainy day meal!

There are times I eat it right out of the can as is or I will fry it for breakfast, lunch or supper.I like it most any way.
