Breakfast, lunch, or supper, Spam fits the bill. I am 63 and have eaten Spam for as long as I remember.

I'm from Minnesota, the home of spam! This is such a versatile meat it can be used for sandwiches to casseroles tastes great!

To smell that grilled spam and then put with cheese and white bread. The best cheese is government cheese some know exactly what I am talking about.

I use this in sandwiches, just eat a slice with mustard on it, chopped up in scrambled eggs, chopped over a salad. I just love it

I always loved the regular Spam. Fry it. Put it in macaroni and cheese. We grew up on it in the 70's. It is also great to put in your food storage.
