💕 In the seventies Spam was the cheap meat that families on budget ate. Overtime it turned into a quality product. My favorite dish is fried spam and cooked rice ( and or scrambled eggs). Rice is pretty bland but the spices and salt in the spam make it scream with flavor. 😋 I like the salt in spam because it allows me to add a salt component without saltine the dish.
