I don't drink soda frequently and I do drink a lot of water. I have kidney issues, so I stay away from dark soda. I also try to stay away from sugary drinks since they are high in calories and just generally not good for my health. I get tired of water all of the time, so when I'm craving something different, I drink the occasional Sprite. It's also my go to drink when I go to a restaurant. It's my favorite soda. It also adds just the right amount something, something to a mixed drink.

Sprite isn't my favorite soda anymore just for the simple fact that overtime your tastebuds change. It is just too plain for me anymore but when I was little my parents would put some in my sippy cups and let me drink it and when I was about 4 years old I drank a lot of water with lemons and limes in it and that's why I gravitated towards Sprite. I've been on a Sprite kick here lately. I'm not exactly sure why, but part of me believes it is due to trying not to drink so many caffinated drinks lately. I do like the lemon flavor and it tastes very refreshing. I also like that it has no caffeine.
