I usually need to drive to two stores which show it in-stock to actually get one. Unfortunately, Mom has the atrocious habit of only telling her grad student when she is out or down to one, so I need to drive from store-to-store, and end up missing sleep. I tried to subscribe through Amazon, but they require a prescription for something everyone else sells without.

My son has been using Accu-Chek Guide Test Strips for about three years now since he was first diagnosed with diabetes. They're really easy to use, just insert the strip into the meter and test blood of pricked finger. That's all to it, simple and easy. Nothing else to try to remember or figure out. He's tried other brand names but always comes back to Accu-Chek Guide.

I have always used Accu-Chek meters since 1999. Previous versions used up batteries faster than this model. But always found them reliable for test results. Found them to be easy to connect to my IOS devices and accu-check apps. The test strips for the Guide are cheaper to purchase and easier to find than previous test strips. I would recommend them for sure.

Shipping and delivery was great. However, I did not realize that there were different Accu-Chek strips available. The ones I purchased were not the correct ones for my meter. When purchasing test strips for your meter, make sure they are the correct ones.

The test strips are about the most accurate when they work. I get a lot of errors. Sometimes most of the batch may be defective. E-3 is the most common. I plan on buying another tester soon as this one is over a year old. I have tried several and I feel this one is the best, without wearing a patch that is.

I purchased this meter for my husband so he could check his blood a few times a day. He gave the meter a trial run and used four test strips. Each test strip showed a hugh variation in his blood level. Tried one more strip and the same thing happened. Needless to say, the meter is in the garbage where it belongs! DO NOT BUY THIS METER!

The product itself Is good, the only problem is they don’t have it in stock in the store.

As a Diabetic, this option was convenient for me, and affordable.

It does the job it was needed for.Yest
