one canister arrived empty

purchased one pack, 1 of 2 canisters had the pin pulled and was empty. gonna order another to see if i can get 2 working canisters, will update.

Hello. It does sound like the factory seal was removed and the pin was pulled at some point and yes, it discharged in shipping. I hope this works if needed

The fire extinguisher that I received is barely in the green zone. I'm worried that it might not be effective when I need it.

Hello Shoppingbuddy21,<br />If the gauge is anywhere in the green and the pin with the yellow tie is still attached, the unit is pressurized.
