I upgraded for the Bluetooth (BT) app but I wish I had d/l's it and read the reviews. The overwhelming consensus is it does not work at all. When I called about it the women could NOT have cared less and just kept blaming my newer phone (thought storage and memory were the same thing and said it wasn't enough.) Tried a diff. cell and got it to load but connection issues, and nothing seemed to work.

Very inaccurate readings. My husband checked his bp, it was way off also. I took it to my drs office, it read 32 points higher than the drs. Also the cuff pinched my arm severely. The nurse tried with the same results. Maybe I just got a defective product. I chose this one because of all the good reviews.

My doctor told me im on the verge of high blood pressure and to monitor. She said omron is the best. I couldnt find series 4, so got this one instead. It works fine. Sometimes but rarely itll error out. Must be human error. But havent used the blue tooth on it yet.

Where is the AC adapter? I bought this with the understanding that I could plug it in, but no plug-in adapter came with it.
