The monitoring aspect of it is about what I expected. The set up for other device storing is to intense for someone not computer literate. This was an on line purchase. The information provided did not make it clear that the purchase did not include a power supply. I have an older Omron that does have one. You know what they say when one assumes. If this would have been a locale purchase I would have taken it back. On the above star scale I will go with a 3. No power supply makes me a not so happy camper.

The Omron series 5 blood pressure monitor is a very good monitor. I needed a monitor to take my blood pressure and store the readings for more than one day and this monitor does that. It can store multiple readings for one time and for several days in a row so you can review the readings. If you need a good reliable monitor I recommend getting this monitor. The cuff size is for arms from 9 to 17 inchs in diameter. This is a five star monitor.

Good machine but doesn't have charger. Though it works with batteries but leaving batteries in has a problem of battery leaks. I had recently threw away two machines because of battery leaks.

I have been using this monitor for almost 3 years now and have been very pleased. While it is Bluetooth capable and they have an app for use with it you can in fact use this without downloading any app and can simply record measurements by hand if you prefer. It's easy to use and the cuff fits a wide range of sizes. Getting a highly-rated brand at a reasonable price is a win-win.

Very accurate cuff. However, the cuff squeezed very tightly and released so slowly that my arm would hurt for several hours afterwards. It was placed accurately and I have never had this issue with any other piece of equipment or at Dr.'s.. I had to return it.

I would recommend this Omron 5 blood pressure monitor for anyone. It's a good thing to have around. I'm 72 years old and sometimes you need to know your blood pressure. I used to have the wrist blood pressure monitor that I used after walking on the treadmill. This is much better.

The lengthy instructions were intimidating for someone like me who uses an ipad and phone for just basic things so I didn't sync it to my phone. I was not able to set the date etc as the buttons just weren't working like the instructions showed. I tried many times and finally gave up and am keeping a paper log. The cuff also seems very wide and long for a small person like myself.
