This is probably the best razor I have tried in a long time. I first noticed that it was a bit different when I took it out of the package. I like the feel of the handle. The handle has a much more substantial feel to it and the grip is much better than most razors on the market. Probably the most important thing about any razor is whether it gives a close, smooth shave. This definitely outperforms in both of the categories. Because the blades are thinner there is no pull -- just a smooth, effortless shave. It glides over bumps on my face with ease and makes me feel as though I am getting a good close shave.

I am pleased to say that it did not let me down. The razor has a nice comfort grip handle, which allowed me maximum control. It provides a very close shave, and I did not have to redo any areas of my face at all. I was most pleased with how it seemed to fit the contours of my face better than most any razor I have used in the past.

Yes, indeed! First of all, I am impressed by the smooth sensation while I am shaving. There is no significant drag on my skin, and the blades glides easily across all parts of my face.

This is an amazing product. I haven never had a closer shave than this. 5 blades really makes a difference. I'm upgrading from the disposable shaves and man what a difference. The precision trimmer lets me get into the tough spots like around my goatee. Not only does head cartridge last long, you will also save money in the long run. Even though it was a free razor provided by Gillette is still a product I recommend to anyone.

The FlexBall action makes it easy to hit every nook and cranny of your face to ensure a close, great looking shave that will last all day (in my case 2 days). The handle is nice and heavy which I personally love, it feels very sturdy in your hand. Especially good for under the jaw line shaving. I give this razor two thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a dramatically different shave as compared to my current proglide/fusion (apologies, I don't remember the exact model). It was a good shave and did well around my chin, but I didn't notice a substantial difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to shave 7 days a week for my career. It is a requirement. I also have sensitive skin. The two do not mix well. I also spend a good amount of time in the desert which is very harsh on your skin. The ProGlide and shave gel did not irritate my skin at all. It actually left my face feeling pretty smooth which is a feat since I have extremely rough stubble. I didn't grow my 5 o'clock shadow until around 5 o'clock while using this product instead of my normal lunch time stubble. The only downside I see to the product is price. It is not very affordable for a family of 5 on a single income.

When I recieved the my new Gillette Fusion ProGlide from Gillette, I was shocked on how smooth my face was after my first use. The blades "glided" over my face with each motion. The face hair was gone without a tug or pull and no nicks! Usually by evening stubble is felt but the shave was so close that I was good until my usual morning routine. I usually have razor burn after I shave and have to use aftershave, but not with these blades. Now I do not dread my morning shave!! I am really enjoying my new Fusion Pro Glide razor. I've never had a smoother and closer shave with any razor. It makes me want to shave everyday, when before I shaved once a week. It's so smooth and comfortable, I can move it all over my face like a racecar making figure 8's. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and clear.
