[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yesterday, 3/29/15, I said goodbye to my winter beard and used the ProGlide + the Ocean Breeze Shave Gel! Prior to shaving, I had to find the shaving gel as my son "borrowed" it and kept it in his bathroom! In years past, shaving my winter beard ALWAYS left my skin raw as the products I used were never up to par. After using Ocean Breeze Shaving Gel my skin felt silky, it felt refreshed with no irritation! What an amazing product! BTW, no more searching for my shaving gel...I bought my son his own!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this product. I waited a few weeks before writing a review because I wanted to give it a fair shake. I shave every day, I have sensitive skin, I've used Gilette products in the past, ... seemed like a slam dunk. Unfortunately, other than the cool-looking packaging (the gel gauge is actually a pretty neat feature), I could find absolutely no difference between this shaving gel and the other gels I've tried out over the years that have promised to provide some sort of special features. Same shaving experience as other gels, and I've noticed zero difference in my skin from the "skin care" features. I used the same approach to shaving and tried it for two straight weeks, but to no avail. Honestly, it seems to be almost exactly the same stuff as they've always sold, only repackaged in a fancy new can. The can definitely has some advantages over "old school" shaving cream / gel cans in that it's rust-free and had the gauge on the side, but I wouldn't be willing to pay a premium for that. What I would want to know before getting / purchasing the product is how exactly it would condition or take care of my skin. It just seems to be a tag line without a lot of details behind it. Sorry folks, but I tried to give it a fair shot. Just not for me, as it didn't outperform or even perform as well as the product I currently use. With that, I did not recommend or buzz about it to anyone, as I didn't have anything positive to say about the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by the new line of shave gels offered by Gillette and decided to try Ocean Breeze. First off it's formulated for sensitive skin which, for me is a big draw. The gel has a crisp, clean scent and leaves your face feeling cool and refreshed. Matched with the new Fusion Pro-Glide razor I find my post-shave face to be very smooth...perhaps the closest shave I've ever gotten! And my wife likes the hint of summer that's left behind by the gel, too! Being in the Boston area, it's been one heck of a winter, but after shaving in the morning using the Ocean Breeeze Gel, I'm ready to face whatever Mother Nature has in store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive the Gillette Fusion Proglide Sensitive Gel. I tend to get razor burn and redness after shaving so I don't like to do it often, but it may be happening much more with this gel. It is great for sensitive skin and leaves my face soft, smooth, and without any red spots. My wife really likes that it doesn't rust or leave a big foamy mess like most other shaving creams/gels and can be locked on the top since I always lose the tops after the first shave anyway. I also received the Gillette Flexball razor and these products work great together. The gel gauge is a little hard to see and I'm not really sure the point..maybe I just can't see it well enough but it doesn't negatively affect the product in any way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gillette is nothing I have tried in the past. They rotating ball really allows me to get the missing hairs under my neck. I recommend this product AND shaving cream to others that need to shave for work and such.

I use the Gillette Fusion ProGlide 2-in-1 Shave Gel + Skin Care in combination with a Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor with FlexBall Technology that I got for free from BzzAgent. This combination is unbeatable. What I normally do is shower, wash my face, and apply the gel. After that I normally wait about 3 minutes for maximum beard softening and then shave. I notice my shaves are very close and makes my face feels like a baby. With this pairing, I have absolutely no irritation whatsoever. It is perfect.

In part because I enjoy the look, but also partially because shaving on a regular basis just seems like a bother to keep up on. But after using the ProGlide 2-in-1 Shave Gel + Skin Care, I may end up having a clean shaven look more often. From the start, the canister feels great in your hands. It's easy to use and get just the right amount you need. The scent isn't overpowering, but it's a nice bonus. And as for the actual shaving process...it make's in a breeze. Shaving was easy and smooth, and I felt like I got a really close shave. The best part was probably how fresh my face felt afterwards, it was nice to get a refreshing feeling instead of feeling some itching like I've had with other products. I've always enjoyed Gillette's razors, and now they've won me over on their Shave Gel.

I would recommend this shaving gel for this reason. Not only do you get a good close shave but you also have a nice clean shaving gel can.

It says on it that it is great for sensitive skin and boy is correct! It really is the best shave gel I have ever used and I will continue to buy it when the trial bottle runs out.
