I felt the gel helped the razor with a smoother shave. It even left my skin very soft after. I even think I might have noticed going longer in between shaves. noticed how smooth my sensitive skin was. It appears the razor, with shaving several times a week, is not really getting dull yet. I feel The pivoting feature felt like I was getting those hard to get areas with ease and no broken skin. Give this product a try, it is well worth the extra money.

I would recommend this to anyone that like to use a blade. The price is right for a blade that will stay sharp for several months. Glad I had the opportunity to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my tests for a good shave is how my daughter feels about it. As a small girl, she used to complain when I didn't shave every day because of the "scratchy face" factor. I still don't shave every day, but the smooth shave I get from this gel lasts for at least two days (and maybe I'm crazy, but I don't think it gets scratchy until at least day 3). Paired with the new ProGlide razor, I have had no cuts, no burns, in the past 3 weeks of using these products. Normally, not shaving every day, a razor will last me 4-5 shaves, but by the 4th (depending on how many days in between), I am at risk for burns at the least, cuts at the worst. Three weeks in (and yes, I have two razors), no cuts, no burns, nothing but a cool, smooth shave! I still question the value of the razor cost... I can use Mach3 razors for much less, and though I have to change the razor more often, the comparative cost is so close it's hard to say which is better for me. But the gel is very cool and very smooth! Well worth the extra change over the "old style" stuff.

The smell is awesome and works well as they always do but what makes this stand apart to me is that the nozzle closes without a cover. That means no loss of that little bit of shave gel that always seems to come out not matter how much you clean in off before you put it away. Keep it up Gillette!

Then combined with the Fusion ProGlide manual razor with FlexBall Technology, the facial hair just slid off. A shave like nothing before. I would recommend this product to EVERONE.

A lot of shaving creams will leave my hands feeling dry but not this gel, it was like a moisturizer and it carried over to helping a smooth result after shaving. I would buy this with my own money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really do like using this combo of the Fusion ProGlide razor with Flexball Technology couples with the Pro Glide 2-in-1 Gel + skin care.. a necessary evil, shaving daily, is now much more close, no nicks or scratches, and a faster shave too. cost of razor is a bit high as is the replacement blades,, byr all in all worth the costs

The smell is not overpowering but my skin did not feel much different afterward compared to other products. It is still a good product but is not revolutionary. It is something I would still buy.

It had a pleasant fragrance as I have used other shaving creames and gels that have an unpleasant odor. The gel is a good match for the Gillette Fusion razor in that it helped with the actual cutting of the facial hair. The razor itself was very efficient in cutting hair. The head of the Fusion adjusts to the contours of your face making for a closer shave. The blades are so sharp that it seems that there is no resistance as it smoothly removes the stubble off the cheeks. There was no scratchiness involved at any time. I highly recommend the Ocean Breeze Shave Gel and the Cillette Fusion Proglide for a hassle free smooth clean shave.
