The gel is distributed and stays firm long enough for me to get it on my face. Not too keen on the scent - could be a little stronger in my opinion. I didn't really get how the gel gauge works - there were no instructions on the package explaining this. Overall a good product I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the ocean breeze proglide gel and here is my review. I will start with the smell which I did enjoy greatly. It has a potent but not overpowering scent. I have never used a gel before this and the way it foams up was very interesting and it seems to me to be able to go further than a traditional shave cream. I unfortunately did not like the use of the gel for two main reasons. This first being that the gel seemed to clog the razor blades and not give a great shave and was harder to clean out of the razor than a standard cream. Also the gel left me with a "slime feeling after finishing the shave. this may be the scent but i did not like this feeling. Overall i have mixed feelings on the gel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I figured I would set aside my normal Fusion Proglide Clear Shave Gel to try out this new product. I really enjoy the packaging as the can has a textured feel and won't slip out of the hand when using and the twist-top and push style dispense method is extremely easy to use. The gel lathers up extremely quickly on the face and has a cooling feel after being on my skin for about a minute. It was very refreshing! The blue colored foam quickly fades to white, however, after 2 to 3 minutes as if it's drying up and you're running out of time to shave. It left my skin feeling smooth and clean and I didn't experience razor burn. I also tried this with shave gel with my Panasonic electric shaver and didn't get quite the same experience as I do with the Clear Shave Gel that I normally use. I had several hairs that were longer than the others and it required that I go over the same area several times to get the even trimmed shave. Not a big deal but this was the only thing holding back my review from a 5-star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not shave often (because I have a beard), but I do shave my neck every once in a while. It is a sensitive area and is easy and often irritated when I shave. Though I still have some irritation, I believe the amount is less and is partially due to the different shaving gel. Now, I have always used Gillette Shaving gel, and I have no intention of switching, but I love the improvements from the the Fusion ProGlide 2-in-1 Shave Gel + Skin Care. I really like the rust proof container and locking feature on the can (both that reduce issues and waste of product). Also like seeing the gauge of how much is left (though I haven't used enough to see it go down yet) I discussed this with some friends in a random conversation, and come to find out one friend is already using this product, and really likes it. I do like the way the product smells, and my friend also liked theirs, though I believe it was a different fragrance. Did we get the other guy to change his mind? Only time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent was pleasant, a clean shave as good as any razor of this type. I prefer gels and this one does leave skin soft, my wife said so. I will buy again because the blade seems to last a bit better than some I've used. I have spoken to several relatives and recommended this razor, even for sensitive skin, the gel is not overpowering, I have a sensitive nose!

I tried this gel because it came in my kit and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the results. This gel is a great feel to it and a smooth shave. The gel creates a little heat while applied and during shaving but it is not uncomfortable. This allows the razor to glide nicely over the face for a smooth and close shave.

Can get a super close shave that lasts days longer. my skin felt softer and smoother after using the shave gel. When I distribute the product to my hand it stands up instead of melting and getting all over the place. Good size container too.

The ocean breeze scent was not the best smelling but it didn't smell bad. The design of the container is great and doesnt leave dried gel at the top. It simply slides shut for an easy clean Up.
