The first one we bought worked for less than a week. We exchanged it for another and it worked for about a month. We didn’t use either every day. It is a great heater when it is working but it fails to work too quickly.

I’ve had this heater for a day or so now and so far it is amazing. I have a fairly large bedroom and it only took maybe an hour to heat the entire room. Our boiler went out this week when it was windchills of -20 and our whole house was freezing. I bought and returned two larger tower heaters that barely produced half the amount of heat this little guy does. Definitely impressed.

The sleek tower design looks good. The tradeoff is that it uses a drum blower so the force of the air output is not as strong as a fan blade. You need to keep this heater closer to the area you want to heat. I have fan blade type heaters and I can keep them in the corner of a room and still feel the heat. For this design you need to put it more in the center of the room. The remote is handy but I still use the controls on top which are simple to use. It beeps every time you press a button which may get annoying to others. In general it is a good value heater for an oscillating heater, remote and tower design.

No way to turn the display lighting off so it keeps a room lit up with the power light AND when it is heating the temp light flashes continuously.

Sam's never let me down. I got the best heater with this price. The size is perfect, heat very fast, remote makes everything easy. Strongly recommend.

I was a little surprised at the size. It definitely looks bigger in the pics, but it works great. Bought for my son who goes to school in North Texas and his room is always so cold in the winter.

I bought this a month ago and it just stopped working. It worked great until it just stopped turning on. I opened a bathroom cabinet door near it for a few minutes and perhaps that led to it overheating? It should turn off rather than overheating given it has a temperature set point. My previous heater worked years.

It wont stay on longer than 2 minutes
