I wanted to save some money so I decided to give this liquid fabric softener a try and I am regretting that decision. Our washer only does cold water rinses and this product does not work well in cold water. I have to wait until my wash cycle is complete then do a quick wash so I can use warm water with this product and it still doesn't completely get rid of the residue left from this fabric softner so sometimes I have to do another cycle. The smell is very overwhelming and is not that great of a smell either. I am going to finish using it because I live hours from the nearest Sam's Club, but I will not buy this brand again.

I first smell this on my granddaughter when I hugged her and ask my daughter what she use on her clothes and she mentioned this fabric softener to me and I'm hooked, ever since then I have been using this in my laundry and my linen smells so awesome, and it's very long lasting :), I'm very pleased I made this purchase.

I love this fabric softener but I seriously underestimated the size of the bottle, my goodness! The good news is, it will last for ages! I will say that it is a bit less thick and "gloopy" than many fabric softeners, nor does it seem to coat fabrics (towels, in particular - I dislike the feeling of a towel being less absorbent than it should be, and I have experienced this is the past with Downy etc) but everyone may not feel the same. The scent is heavenly and long-lasting.

It smells great the bottle is HUGE!! great price makes the clothes smell amazing ..my only complaint is the bottle is so huge and the spout is so awkward it's almost impossible not to spill when trying to transfer some into a smaller bottle. They really need to redesign the spout or the whole bottle entirely. It wont stop me from purchasing it but definitely they need to fix that issue ..I dont like wasting even a drop!! I highly recommend this you wont need to buy again for months!!!

Received product as sample in club, after trying it I went and bought some. The scent lasts longer than Downy for sure but it’s not overpowering. Did save my dDowny container to use with this product as the container is huge. Definitely will keep buying.

Everybody raved about this fabric softener and to be honest I don't like it at all.It kind of smells like Final Touch which I don't like.It might have been the New and improved Ensueno that I got!The bottle is awkward to pour ,it was impossible to pour into a clean empty bottle without pouring into a measuring cup first and it's so thick.

Huge bottle. I had no clue the jug was so huge. You get a lot for this small price, and it's worth it. The fabric softener smells really good, and it's very thick. Thicker than Downy. It does last for awhile. I bought my sister a jug so she can try it as well.

I bought this a week ago and used today 05.03.19. I was skeptical since I am Downy/Snuggle lover. My clothing was so soft and the fragrance was refreshing. Clothes were softened well and the scented nicely even after they were folded. I will be using this product as its very affordable, does it job very well and saves me on buying fabric sheets too.

I tried this product about 4 years ago in Texas at my cousins house. I opened it and the smell was so lovely. I really didnt expect to work well but.....IT DID!!!! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It smells so good, my clothes smell good for a long time and it softens your clothes for weeks on end and the price is right too!!! I will never purchase another fabric softener. There is one more thing....it doesn't cause any stains on my clothes. I dilute half and half and it smells GREAT!!!!!

This such a great value. Smells amazing and works like the other name brands. Leaves clothes soft and smelling sooo nice for days and days. The liquid is very thick, thicker than Downey but I don't mind. A little goes a long way. The container is also huge , bulky and heavy so I recommend you save your current softer container and pour some into it once empty. Refill as needed. This will last you forever and save you tons of money.
