Coffee tastes great, shipping was spot on, but the Maxwell House container is the worst design ever. It has idententions to grab, but not near deep enough to grip. I dumped the coffee in my empty Folgers jug:).

Maxwell House coffee is the best, but the "club pack" is impossible to carry by its "handle." I transfer the coffee to another container as soon as I get home.

Maxwell House is a great choice for coffee drinkers. There is a nice smooth flavor without a bitter aftertaste that can sometimes irritate your stomach. Great value and taste which makes it a pantry must in our house.

Been drinking Maxwell House since I was 8 years old, maybe even younger. My mom and dad would let me drink it in the winter time at first, when I was small, i.e., preteen. I have been drinking a 15 ounce cup every morning with breakfast ever since I turned 13 and hit 5'9" and 180. I turn 66 on April 8th.

This coffee is the one we have used for years and is my family's coffee of choice. Normally I would have given a 5 star rating, but this time I didn't. I did not appreciate that it arrived in an open box along with the other item I had ordered. I realize that it was probably delivered from a local Sams and done so to save actual shipping costs. However, delivering an order in an open box has it's issues. First, if the box should tip over or get dropped items could very easily fall out and either get damaged or lost. Secondly, an open box left in a driveway or on a porch is an open invitation for theft, not to mention the weather elements. I feel that if is a new practice for Sams, they should reconsider reconsider sealing up their deliveries. While this is the first time I've experienced this situation. I have a relative who recently received her paper towel order from Sams delivered without being in a box.

I drink Maxwell house, have for years. Stays pretty fresh in these are tight tubes. This is good because I'm the only one who drinks coffee in the house. I've never had a damaged tube through shipping. They do a good job at the shipping center. Thanks guys and gals, great job!

as a long time Folgers Classic drinker, prices made me explore my 1rst cup seemed a bit strong, 2nd cup seemed more to my liking , so next cup I tried Folgers , and it seemed weak. I drink my coffee Black, and Max has a new customer do your own taste test

My standby for over 60 years, while others may taste subtly different, none tastes better. I use it in a drip-with-paper-cup-filter 12 cup coffeemaker. I had some of this same coffee on a (RIP) Eastern Airlines flight where, in first class, they give you coffee in actual cups. I thought it was the best I'd ever had. I asked the FA what brand it was. "Maxwell House," he said. After I'd mused over how much better it tasted there, he said, sotto voce, "I drop a cinnamon stick in the pot before it brews!" So, I put a dash of cinnamon in the bottom of the filter paper before my grind scoops. Yum. And it stays yummy for however long it takes me to finish off the 12-cupper. Since I use a large insulated mug, that's only 4 mugs worth - but since it stays warm, I just sip my way through it at my desk, for, typically, 3-4 hours. The last drop is as good as the first...

This is a good basic medium roast coffee, less expensive than Folgers, however the container is impossible to grip without it falling out of my hands. The reason I purchased it was b/c I had to buy 2 of the Folgers for them to ship it to me. Very annoying since I'm the only one who drinks coffee in my house. An easy to grip container would keep me buying.

This is the coffee of my childhood, there was always a pot made at family's house and it still brings back memories because it's the same taste. I love the value of the big container and I use it in full pots as well as reusable k cups. Maxwell house is an everyday standard coffee. It tastes good (I add a little milk and sugar) and is smooth.
