I was upset to find more than one roll in our 18 roll pack that did not have the usual soft, quilted feel. At first, I thought I did not open the roll correctly. I looked between the layers and it seemed to be missing the quilted layer in complete. I have now noticed 3 rolls like this and we are not half way through our package.

However, I can't forget the softness. I also have a new appreciation for the little rubber duck that sits on my bathtub. Unlike Constable Bob, at least he's wearing sunglasses.

I have used this brand for quite a few years and. Love it. It is two ply and very soft. I love the double rolls as they last longer on the holder and we are not replacing constantly. I buy in bulk so we don't have to worry about running out and very easy to store on our household shelves. I love that it is very affordable also.

This is the only bath tissue I will purchase. I have tried almost all others and I keep coming back to Quilted Northern so I am sticking with it. It works better than any others I've tried. It is strong and does not tear while using it. It is soft which is wonderful considering how strong and durable it is. It does not leave lint on anything which is a bonus. Now tube free would be great.

I have exclusively used Northern brand toilet tissue for years as it was the best. Now you have changed it and it isn't strong. It tangles up in my pubic hair and leaves little beads of it. I do not like the change at all. Please go back to the original.
