I spotted your Arbor Day/Sustainable toilet paper with paper exterior wrapping, but was in need of paper towels. I would have bought from your Sustainable brand for paper towels, but the plastic wrapping ruined it. I currently buy Reel products. I'm trying so hard to reduce plastic every place I can.

I tried a different brand and didn't tell them I switched ,immediately everyone knew it wasn't the right paper, never again will I switch brands.We are do.loyal that when we travel it travels with us.

Always bought this toilet paper, but since they changed packing, i noticed the square footage and sheets per roll are less. You are paying the same price for less. And also, it says that 18 mega rolls= 72 rolls still. How can that be when there is less product?? False advertising.. i understand inflation issues, but dont be deceiving. The old packaging says 623.2 sq. feet and 328 sheets per roll, the new one is 560.5 sq. feet and 295 sheets per roll. Little disappointed with this...

You use so much less now than before which saves your money from flushing away. I love the softness and pretty pattern too!

I was upset to find more than one roll in our 18 roll pack that did not have the usual soft, quilted feel. At first, I thought I did not open the roll correctly. I looked between the layers and it seemed to be missing the quilted layer in complete. I have now noticed 3 rolls like this and we are not half way through our package.
