Have used Northern Blue Package 15 years or more! On very rare occasions have used anything else. Approximately 6-8 weeks ago the pattern changed. It now takes more and is not as soft as before. The price has not been decreased. My wife is still a VERY BIG FAN OF NORTHERN. Please just go back to the old pattern and offer more coupons more often and make everybody HAPPY.

There is no other TP that I will use other than Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong. This TP is soft, comfortable and strong. Living in an old house, you have to be careful about the type of TP that you send down your old pipes, don't want them to get clogged up!!

It very soft and strong, just as described. It also works well cleaning up around the house. Multi purpose usage is the best and I am now a Quilted Northern user for good!!

I have never used toilet paper that was so scratchy. Without a doubt, this is not "Ultra Soft." The first 20 to 30 sheets of the roll almost seemed to be quite soft, however the remaining sheets were extremely rough. Furthermore, the two layers of paper separated.

There are black spots throughout every roll of toilet paper that I use. I have no idea what this black stuff is that I am wiping against my body. It's disgusting and quite frankly bad business. Your quality department must be nonexistent because this has continued to be in every roll for the past year. It is october 2023 and its still happening. Fix your product.

A friend introduced me to your brand just under a year ago. I really like the softness of Quilted Northern. I bought this strong one and must say, I do not like this one at all. I am going to throw it away and go back and purchase the soft only, strong is not good.

Terrible what did u do. Wax paper would be better.

Should be called rough not soft, weak not strong!!

What's changed?? Used to be very satisfied with your product. Very disappointed now.
