This has got to be the worst toilet paper ever. I have used several rolls of paper in my life time since I am an old gent & this is the WORST. Never buying it again.

This used to be our "go to" when it came to toilet paper, but the latest purchase is rough, uncomfortable, and more paper-like. Why ruin a good thing?

We bought an 18 Mega pack. This toilet paper is different. This time it's very thin and the perforation isn't lined up on each ply! We also have bought this brand and never had this issue. It was a waste of money and the toilet paper is AWFUL!!!!

I have been buying Northern for years but am now stopping. We have had to have our sewer cleared twice in the last two months. The only issue is the toilet paper plugging the pipes. It does not break down like it used to. VERY disappointing

I'm not sure who tested this product for you but I'm not impressed with this one. I've always liked your product but this one is by far the worst I've used. It ranks right up there with cheap store brand.

I have been a loyal Quilted Northern consumer for 12 years. I have recently noticed a decline in the quality of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong. I am dissatisfied with this product.

always have used Northern,,this latest product with strech is like newspaper..hard not soft compared it to old roll I had in bathroom..not a good change..why do you companies always change what you have..not broken..don't fix!!

I love the Ultra Soft and Strong and I just bought some two days ago. I ended up with the Ultra plush variety. it was packaged wrong in the Ultra Soft and Strong packaging. I was very disappointed. How does this happen?

We've used Northern toilet paper for years and years and the last pack I got was like sandpaper. What happened. Don't even think we are going to be able to use it. I hate to be so negative since I've always been pleased and satisfied.

Had been using this for a few years. The packaging changed, and I thought nothing of it, but came to realize that the paper is now a linty fluffy mess. Big thumbs down. On the hunt for a new brand.
