Haven't tried cooking with it yet but recently bought an air fryer and need this to cook most things.

This olive oil is delicately light and great tasting. It's great for sauteeing, cooking or using to toss vegetables or pasta in. Love it!

It is light in flavor, so useful for cooking when you don't want strong olive oil flavor.. but I would guess not as nutritious. Expensive side.

Better flavor than most brands. I use in many recipes that call for vegetable oil. Lighter and better tasting food.
