That means it is excellent for frying and cooking, but if you're looking for a deep olive-y taste, look for extra virgin olive oil. Well, iif you don't much like the flavor of evoo but you want the benefits, then this is an excellent oil for make-it-from-scratch salad dressings. I always keep this on hand, along with extra virgin olive oil as well. Good stuff!

If your household uses olive oil then this is great buy. The flavor isn't too green like virgin oils but rather nice and light and it cooks fantastic. You cannot beat the price and it's the perfect size. Enough to last a few months but not so much that it spoils. Great Deal overall.

Maybe I'm not as picky as some people...I started using this as a replacement for cooking and have not had any concerns. I Wanted a way to enjoy cooking better and figured using this instead of vegetable oil was a start to still enjoying the fried foods.

I fry home made french fries cut from organic potatoes in this oil and they are amazing. Virtually no scent or taste of olives, just clean and crispy fries cooked in one of the healthiest oils on the planet. High in monounsaturated fat and low in polyunsaturated fat.

We like the lightness of this oil.

It is a nice,light olive oil. Great for making mayonnaise

Great tasting oil that is light and not overpowering, I use it for eggs, vegetables and in all my baking recipes

Good product. I works as good as the name brand product less the cost. And you get three vice two...

This olive oil has a very mild taste, is great in salad dressing. It DOES congeal in the refrigerator (which olive oil is supposed to do!)
